We’re excited to share the latest updates that enhance your workflow and make managing records easier than ever.
Search, Filters & Edit Stages
Effortlessly search for records and filter by stages, users, or apply quick filters such as rejected, active, or all records for a streamlined view. When you select active, the number next to the stages will be highlighted to indicate active records
You can also edit stages directly from the top right menu bar
Stage Counts
Each stage now shows the count of active and rejected candidates for that job, giving you an overview at a glance. The highlighted number changes based on the filter applied for quick visibility.
Added, Updated, and Sub-Stage Details
You can see the added, updated, and sub-stage details:
Copy Email Function
Copy candidate email addresses directly by clicking the copy button next to the email field on the card.
Copy Phone Number Function
Copy candidate phone numbers directly by clicking the copy button next to the email field on the card.
List View Option
Switch to List View (top left corner) for a detailed format displaying candidate information such as name, created date, and last updated date
Apply bulk actions by selecting checkboxes next to records
You can sort your list view in ascending or descending order based on the columns
