You can set targets and KPIs for you and your team through the KPI Manager, Check the help guide Introduction to the KPI Management Module for more information.
We have widgets available on the home page that will show you the entire Team's Performance including yours.
Click on the "Dashboards" option or click on the Recruitly icon located on the top left of the screen
Select an existing dashboard to access the dashboard page and click on "New Dashboard" and choose "Build from Scratch"
Name the dashboard, such as KPI or Performance and click on "Add Widget" a
Select either Team Performance or My Performance
The widgets will be displayed, allowing you to edit dates, refresh widgets, change formats, and more
