Learn the essentials of email sender verification and secure your email reputation with this comprehensive guide.

The marketing module in Recruitly can be used to send out campaigns to Candidates, Contacts, or Leads.

To enhance email deliverability and protect your sender reputation, Recruitly implements a sender verification process. Follow these steps to verify a sender in the Recruitly Marketing Module:

  1. Navigate to the "Marketing" module and click on "Email Senders" or click here to access the Senders section.


  2. Click on the "New Sender" button located in the top right corner of the screen.


  3. Fill in the required sender details in the form that opens.


  4. Click on the "Save" button to submit the sender details.

  5. Check your email associated with the entered mail ID. You will receive a verification email from Recruitly.

  6. Open the email and click on the "Authorise" button to complete the sender verification process.


  7. After submitting the sender details and clicking "Save," you will receive another email from Recruitly to complete the authorization process. Follow these steps:

    1. Check your email for the verification message from Recruitly.

    2. Click on the link provided in the email to finalize the authorization process.

    3. A new tab will open with a confirmation message from Recruitly.

    4. Return to the "Senders" section in Recruitly.

    5. Click on the refresh button next to the newly added user.


    ​Once you complete these steps, the user associated with the sender details will be successfully verified in the Recruitly Marketing Module. This ensures that your sender's email address is authorized and ready for use in email campaigns, contributing to a more secure and effective email delivery process.
