Reed Jobs Integration

  1. Firstly navigate to the "Recruiting" Module, then select "Job Ad Multi Posting", and finally click on the "Job Boards" tab. Alternatively, you can click on the link provided below to directly access the Job Boards section.

  2. Scroll down to the "Available Job Boards" section. In the "Available Job Boards" section, you will find a comprehensive list of Job Boards that are available for connection. Identify and select the "Reed" Job Board from the list and then click on the "Connect" button to establish a connection.

  3. Fill in the required details such as Username and Posting Key. You can generate a posting key from your Reed account by visiting Reed Developer. After entering the details, click on Update.


  4. Once connected to the Reed Job Board, scroll up to the "Connected Job Boards" section to enable postings. Toggle on the button to activate postings. You can also edit or delete the Job Board from this section.

  5. You are now successfully connected to the Reed Job Board and can commence posting jobs from the "Recruiting" Module.

  6. Once you have enabled posting, proceed to the "Jobs" section located within the "Recruiting" Module. From there, click on the specific job that you wish to post to open its detailed view.

  7. Click on the "Job Boards" button at the top right, then select "Post to job board."

  8. Click on the "Publish" button next to "Reed"

  9. Before proceeding with the job posting, thoroughly review all the job details and ensure that all mandatory fields are completed. Scroll down to find the "Reed.co.uk Posting Package" section and proceed to fill in the required product details and expiry information.

  10. Finally click on "Advertise" to complete the job posting process.

This integration allows seamless posting of jobs to the Reed Job Board directly from the Recruiting Module, streamlining the recruitment process.
