Automation Tool
The Automation tool empowers you to streamline your GDPR, ATS, and CRM processes, enhancing the efficiency of your team. By setting triggers, you can automatically enroll records and execute actions on your contacts, companies, and candidates. Tailor your triggers to filter and target specific lists of people for each scenario, and perform various actions under each trigger.
Triggers represent predefined scenarios that can be automated, each with multiple actions associated with it. All triggers come pre-built into the system, allowing you to easily choose the scenario you want to automate.
To access the "ATS Automation" section, navigate to the "Automation" module, then proceed to "Workflows", and finally select the "ATS Automation" section. Alternatively, you can simply click below.
To make changes to existing triggers, follow these steps:
1. To gain more insights into automation, click on the "?" icon.
2. To edit an existing trigger, click on the pencil icon.
3. Click on "Pause" to temporarily halt a trigger.
4. Click on "Delete" to permanently remove a trigger.
Actions encompass the tasks Recruitly performs for you under each selected trigger. Similar to triggers, all actions are pre-built into the system, providing you with a range of tasks to automate.
To modify existing actions, follow these steps:
1. To gain more insights into automation, click on the "?" icon.
2. To edit an existing action, click on the pencil icon.
3. Click on "Pause" to temporarily suspend an individual action under a trigger.
4. Click on "Delete" to permanently eliminate an individual action under a trigger.
