To integrate with Typeform, you must have Admin/Super User privileges assigned by your administrator. Additionally, an active account with Typeform is required.

Follow these steps to install and configure the Typeform integration with Recruitly:

  1. Obtain Admin/Super User Privileges: Contact your administrator to assign Admin/Super User privileges to your account.

  2. Ensure Active Typeform Account: Make sure you have an active account with Typeform.

  3. Integration Process:

    • Navigate to the "Recruitly Marketplace" section by clicking on the logo located in the top right corner of your screen or simply by clicking below.

    • Locate Typeform and click on the "Install" button.

    • Log in to your Typeform account read and accept the terms and conditions.

  4. Configuration of Forms:

    • Configure the forms by selecting the appropriate options.

    • Save the configuration.

Automatic Record Creation:

Once the configuration is saved, any filled forms from Typeform will automatically create an Opportunity, Lead, or Contact based on your selection. If the record already exists, it will be found in the activity section.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate Typeform with Recruitly and streamline the process of creating Opportunities, Leads, or Contacts based on the information collected through Typeform forms.

Uninstalling the Typeform Integration:

  • Navigate to the "Recruitly Marketplace" section

  • You should see Typeform under your "Connected Apps" section.

  • Click on the "Uninstall" button.

  • You will be prompted to confirm the uninstallation. Click "Yes, Uninstall Typeform App."

  • This will uninstall the integration from Recruitly.
