Important:
To set up the Aircall integration with Recruitly, ensure that you have Super User privileges in Recruitly and administrator privileges in the Aircall account.
Note:
It is not possible to connect multiple Aircall accounts to Recruitly. However, once a single Aircall account is linked, multiple users can use the integration.
The Aircall integration for Recruitly facilitates the synchronization of all your inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, it provides information about the caller and a link to the corresponding Recruitly account as soon as the phone rings.
Follow These Steps to Install Aircall:
Navigate to the " Recruitly Marketplace" section or click below.
Scroll down to the "Available Apps" section and click on "Install" in the "Aircall" section.
Enter your Aircall login credentials, then click on "Log in."
Grant permission for Recruitly to access your Aircall account by clicking on "Authorize."
On the configuration page, map the Aircall user of your choice and click on "Update Mapping."
Configure how you want outbound and inbound calls to be logged in Recruitly. Click the “Update Activity” button when finished.
Install the Aircall Chrome extension and log in to access the dialer for making calls. Click below to download the extension.
Important:
Steps 5, 6, and 7 are essential for a seamless integration with Aircall.
Ensure all your numbers are connected with Aircall. You can check this by navigating to Aircall, then Integrations, Recruitly, and Connected Numbers. This ensures that all number logs are recorded in the Activity section.
Once user and activity type mapping is successfully configured, you will see all received/made calls added as Progress Notes in the corresponding records.
Uninstalling the Aircall Integration:
Navigate to the "Recruitly Marketplace" section
You should see Aircall under your Connected Apps section.
Click on the "Uninstall" button.
You will be prompted to confirm the uninstallation. Click ‚ Yes, Uninstall Aircall App
This will uninstall the integration from Recruitly.
