Adding records to a marketing list in Recruitly is a straightforward process that can be accomplished through various methods. By categorizing candidates, contacts, or leads into specific lists, you can tailor your marketing efforts, ensuring more targeted and personalized communication. Here's a detailed guide on how to do it.
Through the Marketing Lists Section of the Marketing Module:
Navigate to the "Marketing Lists" section under the "Marketing" module or click below.
Click on "+ New Marketing List." Provide a name and description for the list, then click "Save."
To add members:
Through Bulk Actions:
Navigate to either the "Sales" or "Recruiting" modules and select from "Leads", "Candidates", or "Contacts".
Bulk select candidates/contacts/leads by ticking the checkbox. Then, click on "More Actions" and choose "Add to List(For Candidates)/Add to Marketing List"(For Contacts) /Marketing List (For Leads)."
Choose the desired list and click "Save."
Through Individual Record:
Navigate to either the "Sales" or "Recruiting" modules and select from "Leads", "Candidates", or "Contacts".
Select the candidate/contact/lead you wish to add to a list. In the "Overview" section, click on "View" near the “Marketing Lists” option.
If the candidate/contact/lead is not yet added to any list, select "Click here" to add to a list.
Choose the list from the options provided and click on "Save."
