Scheduling interviews is a critical step in the recruitment process, and Recruitly provides a user-friendly interface to streamline this task. This guide will walk you through two convenient methods to schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and organized approach to managing candidate interactions.

Methods to Schedule an Interview:

From the Main Screen:

  1. Click on the "+" button located at the top right of the screen.


  2. Choose "Interview" from the dropdown menu.

  3. A new Interview form will open, fill in the details like, Job, Contact name and interview details.

  4. Toggle on the Candidate and Client Invitation Email button to send the emails, if toggled on, you can review and configure the email as per your requirements.

  5. Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

From the Candidate Page:

  1. Navigate to the "Candidates" section within the "Recruiting" module and select your preferred candidate's profile.

  2. Click on the "Actions" menu on the Candidate card. Choose the "Interview" option from the available list.


  3. A new Interview form will open, fill in the details like, Job, Contact name and interview details.

  4. Toggle on the Candidate and Client Invitation Email button to send the emails, if toggled on, you can review and configure the email as per your requirements.

  5. Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

Candidates can be added from both the List and Pipeline view by just opening the Candidate card and following the above steps.
