The Lead Web Forms feature in Recruitly provides a flexible and customizable way to capture essential data from leads and contacts.

Follow these steps to create and configure your lead forms:

  1. Begin by navigating to the system configuration and selecting "Lead Web Forms." Visit the configuration page by clicking on the following link: 

  2. Click on "+New lead form," triggering a card to open with the form fields.

  3. Enter the Title and Description of the form, accompanied by a note that will be displayed after a successful submission.

  4. Customize the fields you want to capture data from. These fields can be set as Mandatory, Optional or Disabled.

  5. In the "Common Fields" section, configure settings for communication preference and Privacy Policy as Mandatory, Optional or Disabled.

  6. Move to the "Defaults" section to add information such as Source, Tags, and Owner.

  7. Select the form type as either Lead or Opportunity, and the status will be automatically generated based on the configured settings.

  8. In the "Customization" section of the form, you can enhance personalization by selecting a custom style that compliments your website's aesthetics through custom CSS. This section also provides the flexibility to customize background color, font attributes(size, family, color) , and button color to align with your specific preferences.
