Sometimes, the email of the contact and opportunity are different. You can ensure that email Conversations with a Company is Shown on the Opportunity record by following these steps:
Navigate to the "System Configuration" section or Click below.
Under "System Settings," go to the "Toggle Features" section or Click below.
Ensure that both "Show Contact Linked Activity on Company" and "Show Company Linked Activity on Opportunity" are toggled ON.
