How to customize the card view of records across various modules such as Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Companies, Candidates, and Jobs.

With Recruitly, you have the flexibility to customize the card or detailed view of records across various modules such as Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Companies, Candidates, and Jobs. This customization includes modifying the layout, profile fields, about fields, and accordions on the side panel.

Here are various methods to customize record cards.

Layout Customization:

Currently available in Leads, Contacts, Companies, Candidates and Jobs.

  1. Open the record card.

  2. Navigate to the Overview tab.

  3. Click on the "Customize" option.


  4. The Customization Card will appear, allowing you to select fields by checking the boxes.

  5. Rearrange the order of fields by dragging and dropping them in the "selected fields" column.

Profile Fields Customization:

Currently available in Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, Candidates and Jobs.

  1. Open the record card.

  2. Navigate to the Overview tab.

  3. Go to the Profile card and click on the slider icon at the top right.


  4. The Configure Fields Card will open, enabling you to select system and custom fields by checking the boxes.

  5. Rearrange the order of fields by dragging and dropping them in the "selected fields" column.

About Fields Customization:

Currently available in Leads, Contacts, Companies, Candidates and Jobs.

  1. Open the record card.

  2. Navigate to the About section on the bottom left.

  3. Hover the cursor over "About" and click on the slider icon at the top right.


  4. The About Fields Card will open, allowing you to select system and custom fields by checking the boxes.

  5. Rearrange the order of fields by dragging and dropping them in the "selected fields" column.

Accordions Customization:

Currently available in Opportunities, Contacts, Candidates, and Jobs.

  1. Open the record card.

  2. Click on the Expand button on the right-hand side to open the side panel.

  3. Click on the slider icon to open the Overview Accordion.



  4. The Customization Card will open, enabling you to select fields by checking the boxes.

  5. Rearrange the order of fields by dragging and dropping them in the "selected fields" column.
