Important:

You need a KPI Manager role to access this module. Please contact your administrator to assign this role to you.

Recruitly's KPI Manager module is an indispensable tool for setting objectives, measuring performance, and managing related activities. It facilitates goal-setting, performance measurement, and activity management.

KPI assessments can lead to identifying potential improvements, saving both time and money. Recruitly allows you to view data over various periods, offering insights into overall business performance or specific user/team achievements.

Key Features:

  • Goals/Targets: Set and manage targets for yourself and your team.

  • Comparisons: Evaluate how different users measure up against each other.

  • Reports: View and export summaries of your KPIs.

  • Dashboards: Obtain an at-a-glance view of real-time performance.

Accessing the KPI Management Module:

You can access the KPI management module once your administrator assigns the relevant role by following the below steps:

  1. Click on the user icon located at the top right of the screen

  2. Navigate to the "KPI Manager" section from the menu or click below.

Management UI Overview:

The KPI management UI consists of two main sections:

  1. Assign KPI: Here, you can assign KPIs to yourself or your team. Click below to visit:

  2. Track Performance: In this section, you can monitor performance, view, and export summaries of your KPIs. Click below to visit:


​Types of KPIs:

There are two types of KPIs you can set: "System Activity KPIs" and "User Activity KPIs".

  1. System Activity KPI: System Activity KPIs include system-related metrics already in place, like the number of leads or opportunities added by users.

  2. User Activity KPI: User Activity KPIs, on the other hand, are fully customizable. You can add activity types in the "Master Data" section. Simply go to "Master Data", add your preferred activity type, and it will reflect in the "User Activity KPIs". Remember to tag it properly for accurate results.
