How to Customize User Activity KPIs in Recruitly?

Important:

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions. You need to have a KPI Manager role and Master Data Access. In case you don't have these accesses, kindly reach out to your administrator for assistance.


Maximize your efficiency by customizing user activity KPIs in Recruitly. This guide will walk you through the process of adding new activity types and assigning KPIs tailored to your recruitment needs.



Adding New Activity Types:

  1. Click on your user icon at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Navigate to the System Configuration section, then proceed to the "Master Data" tab or click below.

  3. Under the "General" category, go to the "Activity Types" section and click on "+New Activity Type" to add a new activity type. The added activity types will be automatically reflect in the "User Activity KPI" section.


Assigning User Activity KPIs:

  1. Click on your user icon located at the top right corner of the screen, then navigate to the "KPI Manager" section or click below.

  2. Click on "Create KPI" and fill in details such as assignee, KPI month, and KPI year.


  3. Scroll down to the "User Activity KPI" section to set targets. Once all details are filled, click "Save" to save the KPI.

Note:

Ensure proper tagging of activity types to records for accurate reflection in the KPIs.
