Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are crucial in measuring and assessing the success of your organization. Assigning KPIs with purpose ensures that every team member is aligned with organizational goals. This guide will walk you through the process of assigning KPIs effectively to monitor and enhance performance.
Important:
Before proceeding, please ensure that you have the necessary permissions. You need to have a KPI Manager role. In case you don't have this role, kindly reach out to your administrator for assistance.
Steps to Assign KPIs:
Click on your user icon located at the top right corner of the screen and navigate to the "KPI Manager" section or click below:
In the KPI Manager section, locate the "Create KPI" button under the "Assign KPI" section. Click on the "Create KPI" button to open the dialogue box for entering KPIs.
Select the users to whom you want to assign KPIs. Select the Year and Month from the dropdowns to specify the timeframe for the KPIs.
Once the Year and Month are selected, Enter the target values for System or User activity types in the respective fields. Click on the "Save" button at the top right of the screen to save the assigned KPIs.
Navigate to the "Track Performance" section to monitor progress. Analyze the performance data to understand how well the assigned KPIs are being met. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
