The new user interface (UI) in Recruitly brings significant enhancements to the recruiting module, which consolidates all candidate, job, job advert, job application, interview, and placement functionalities under one unified section. This guide aims to outline the key differences between the old and new UI, providing users with insights into the revamped features and improved usability.



Common Differences:

1. Searches:

  • In the new UI, users can perform more specific searches by fields such as Name, Email, Mobile, Reference, Job title, Employer name, status, Notes, etc., within each section of Candidates, Jobs, Job Applications, and Placements.


2. Advanced Filters:

  • Enhanced usability allows for easier selection of filters by clicking on the desired fields in Candidates, Jobs, Job Applications, and Placements sections.


3. Quick Filters:

  • Quick filtering options now include filtering by Owners or teams, created date, last activity, Applied on, etc.


4. Column Chooser:

  • Users can easily select columns in all sections by checking the boxes beside the field names, simplifying the process of choosing columns.


5. Detailed View:

  • Customizable Overview sections for Jobs and Candidates provide users with a comprehensive view of job pipelines and candidate details, enhancing visibility and organization.


6. Summary:

The addition of the Summary section in Candidates and Jobs sections offers users insights into job pipelines, assigned tasks, scheduled interviews, and placements related to specific candidates and jobs, facilitating better management and decision-making.




Candidates Section:

  1. Import and Create Candidate: Users can directly create or import candidates from the Candidates section.


  2. LinkedIn Icon: Easily access or search records on LinkedIn with the LinkedIn icon beside candidates' names.


  3. GDPR Status: View GDPR status and take actions directly from the list view.


  4. New Columns: Addition of the "Placement" columns section for tracking placement-related details.


Jobs Section:

  1. Customizable Pipeline Stages: Easily customize pipeline stages and include substages for better organization.


  2. Forecast View: Detailed overview of total jobs, pipeline counts, fees, and future forecasting for comprehensive recruitment process monitoring.



Job Ad Multiposting:


Manage job adverts and post job adverts to various job boards seamlessly from one centralized location.


Job Applications:

  1. Copilot: Utilize AI-powered Copilot integration to scan and assess job applications, saving time and improving efficiency.

  2. Timeline View: View the timeline of job applications in detail.

  3. AI Summary: This summary tab provides a separate score indicating how well candidates' skills align with the job role requirements. It assesses the applications of candidates scanned using Copilot, offering valuable insights into their suitability for the position based on skill compatibility.


Interviews:

  1. Schedule Interviews: Schedule interviews directly from the Interviews section.

  2. LinkedIn Icon: Access LinkedIn profiles easily for candidates scheduled for interviews.


  3. View Job Pipeline Icon: View the job pipeline associated with a particular candidate.

  4. Edit Interview Icon: Edit interviews conveniently from the "Edit Interview" icon.

Placements:

  1. List View: View all placements in a list view with customizable columns.


  2. Create and Import Placements: Create and import placements directly from the Placements section.


  3. View Candidate Icon: Access candidate details directly from the list view in placements by clicking on the view candidate icon.


  4. Update Placement Icon: Update placements directly from the list view in placements by clicking on the update placement icon.
