How to Import Companies and Contacts Using Apollo:
Follow these steps to import Companies and Contacts from Apollo into Recruitly:
Access the Companies/Contacts Section
Navigate to the Companies/Contacts section under the Sales module.
Click on the Import Button to Search Apollo
Click on the "Import Companies/Contacts" button. From the dropdown menu, choose "Search Apollo."
Open the Import Card
The Apollo import card will open, allowing you to search for companies and contacts.
Fill in Required Details
Input necessary information such as:Company/Contact Name
Job Titles
Locations
Keywords
Search Apollo
Click on the "Search Apollo" button to retrieve relevant records.
Select Records to Import
Review the search results, select the records you wish to import, and click on the "Add selected to basket" button.
Proceed to Checkout
Once your selection is complete, click on "Checkout."
Import or Export Data
On the next page, you can choose to select all records and either click "Import into database" or "Export to Excel."
