The User reporting provides a comprehensive overview of system activities performed by users, including the type and number of activities created by users, and more.
In this guide, we will learn how to generate a report with an example:
Important:
You require access to the Report Module to generate any report, please contact your admin or super user to provide you with the required access.
Note:
If you want to find a specific note by a specific user, please click on the below button and search for the note using the search option.
Steps to generate user report or notes by user report:
This report lets you see the number of notes that a user has left based on the Activity Type e.g., Recruiter X in 1 month has left 20 “Call” type notes. To know more about other reports visit Introduction to Reports
Visit the reporting section by clicking on the top right profile picture and selecting reports or by clicking below:
Under the user reports section, select user report.
Select the required fields on the next page as listed below:
Users: Any specific users or all users including inactive users can be selected.
Activity Type: The report can be generated as per any specific type of activity or can be left blank to show all the activity types by default.
Added: Once this field is selected a drop-down menu opens allowing you to select from the available date ranges or a custom date range can be selected.
5. Once the fields are selected, click on generate.
Tip:
All the data in the generated report can be exported into Excel.
All the other reports can be generated using similar steps as mentioned above.
