Key Points:
Data Sync Frequency: The data synchronisation function runs every 2 hours, Monday to Friday.
Scope: Currently, the following records are included in the sync:
Leads
Companies
Contacts
Opportunities
Jobs
Candidates
Job Applications
Placements
Process: The function picks records that have been modified or created since the last sync and updates MongoDB accordingly.
Status Tracking: The status of the data sync is saved in the "sync_state" collection.
How much does it cost?
You have 25 Licenses or more and you bring your own Mongo server:
If you have a minimum of 25 licenses and can host your own server, this service is offered completely free of cost.
You have 25 Licenses or more and we provision and manage Mongo server:
If you have a minimum of 25 licenses and want us to provision and manage the MongoDB server for you, this service will cost £100 per month.
You have less than 25 licenses and you bring your own Mongo server:
This service will cost £100 per month.
You have less than 25 licenses and we provision and manage Mongo server:
This service will cost £250 per month
How to onboard?
Using Your Own MongoDB Server: If you have the technical expertise or an IT team to create a MongoDB server, simply share the credentials with us.
Using Our MongoDB Server: Recruitly can provision a new server for you and keep the data in sync.
How long does this take to set-up?
It takes 24 hours for us to initially set-up the data sync process. Once set up, the data is continuously kept in sync as described above.
How frequently is the data copied over to our servers?
Data is copied to your servers every two hours, Monday to Friday. This means that, at any given time, your data is no more than 2 hours old.
