In Recruitly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date email histories for leads is crucial for effective communication and record-keeping. If you find that certain emails are missing or not reflecting correctly in the "Activity" section for a particular lead, the solution is to re-sync the emails. This guide will walk you through the process step by step. ​


Steps to Re-sync Emails for Leads in Recruitly :

  1. Navigate to the "Sales" module and click on the "Leads" section.

  2. Select the lead for which you want to re-sync emails. Click on the lead's name or profile to open their detailed view.

  3. Navigate to the "More" button located at the top right corner of the lead's profile. Click on it, and from the dropdown menu, select "Re-Sync Emails."
    ​

  4. A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter the number of days for the email sync. This allows you to specify the time frame for which you want to re-sync emails. After entering the desired number of days, click on the "Sync" button to initiate the email re-sync process.
