Why are My Emails Not Syncing

Having trouble with email syncing? Let's figure out how to fix it.

To ensure that your email communications are visible and recorded within Recruitly, it's essential to have your email synced.

If you encounter issues with email syncing, follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Navigate to the right side of the screen and click on "Mailbox" or click below.

  2. Under the Settings section, click on "Re-Sync." Enter the number of days for Recruitly to re-index and re-sync.


If the syncing issue persists, consider disconnecting and reconnecting your email account.

  1. Navigate to the right side of the screen and click on "Mailbox" or click below.

  2. Click on "Disconnect" in the Mailbox settings, and confirm by clicking "Ok."

  3. After disconnecting, click on "Connect" in the Mailbox section. Select the desired e-mail ID for reconnection. Your mailbox will be successfully reconnected.
