How to Upload Documents/Files?

Easily upload documents related to Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, or Candidates sections.

Recruitly allows you to upload documents related to a Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, or Candidate's section with ease. It gets saved in the respective record making it seamless to access when required.

You can upload multiple documents in various formats to have complete information in your system.

To accomplish this, please follow the steps outlined below:

Go to the detailed view by selecting the record from the lead, opportunity, contact, company, or candidate section.

  1. Click on the drop-down button beside the "new email" option on the top. Select "Documents" from the drop-down menu.

Upload Documents Card:

Once the "Upload Documents" Card is open, you can upload the document by following these steps:

  1. Choose a category for the document (CV, Driving License, ID, etc.) from the drop-down menu. You can also add a new category if needed.

  2. Toggle on the client portal button, if applicable.

  3. Upload the file.

  4. Review all the details, and click on confirm.

Saving the Document:

The uploaded document will be saved in the respective record.
