Recruitly allows you to upload documents related to Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, or Candidates with ease. It gets saved in the respective record making it easy to access when required.
You can upload multiple documents in various formats to have all the data in your Recruitly database for easy access when needed.
Here's how you can upload documents for any module:
Navigate to any module and click on a record of your choice to open up the card
Click on the drop-down button beside the "New email" option on the top. Select "Documents" from the drop-down menu
Understanding the "Upload Documents" Card
Once the "Upload Documents" Card is open, you can upload the document by following these steps:
Choose a category for the document (CV, Driving License, ID, etc.) from the drop-down menu. You can also add a new category if needed
Specify the Expiry date for the document and toggle on the client portal button, if applicable
Click on "Upload" to upload the files
Review all the details, and click on confirm.
Saving the Document:
The uploaded document will be saved in the respective record.
