How to Customize Columns for Companies?

You can customise columns in Recruitly making it convenient to add or hide columns based on your needs.

Here's how you can customise your columns for the Companies page

  1. Navigate to the "Companies" page under the "Sales" tab

  2. Click on the “Columns” option located at the top right, which will open a card with the form fields

  3. The columns that are already present will appear under "Selected Columns" and on the left you can search for new columns that you'd like to add

  4. As you scroll, you will notice that you have a lot of options to choose from and these fields have been classified under headings such as "Sales Analytics", "Recruiting Analytics", "Recruiting Performance", "Billing", "General", "Recent Activities", and "Custom". Here's a brief description of the different options available to you:

  • Sales Analytics: This section includes fields providing information related to Contacts and opportunities, such as opportunities by value and duration. It offers recruiters quick insights into trends and valuable sales analytics.


  • Recruiting Analytics: Here, you can find analytics and trends related to jobs, positions, and Job Pipeline by value.

  • Recruiting Performance: This section showcases performance metrics like the percentage of Client Rejections, interviews, offers, placements, and more. It offers insights into various performance-related trends.

  • Billing: This section provides an overview of billing details, including metrics such as Billing Last Month, Billing Last Quarter, Billing Last Year, Billing This Month, Billing This Quarter, Billing Year-to-Date (YTD) Value, and Billing to Date Value.

  • General: Under this heading, you can find fields related to companies, such as Email, Head Office, Owner, Sector, etc.

Once you have selected the desired fields, the changes will be saved without having to manually click on a Save button.
