You can personalize the visual layout of various forms in Recruitly, allowing you to add or hide fields based on your preferences and determine their order.

Follow the steps below to customize forms according to your needs:

  1. Navigate to your preferred section: Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, Candidates, Jobs, or Placements. For instance, if you wish to edit the Candidate form, simply head to the Candidates section and click on "Create Candidate."

  2. Click on "Edit this form" located on the right side of the candidate form.


  3. Add or remove fields by checking or unchecking the boxes next to the field from the available options, including both system and custom fields. Add a section by clicking on "+ Add section" if necessary. Once you've selected the fields, you can make your preferred ones mandatory by toggling ON the button next to the field. You can drag-and-drop to rearrange categories or fields. Any category can be removed by clicking on the cross (x) button.


    Note:

    The same process can be followed across all modules: Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Companies, Candidates, Jobs, and Placements.
