Recruitly's integration with Outlook Calendar facilitates the automatic synchronization of events scheduled in Recruitly to both your and your coworker's Outlook Calendar.
Note:
Upon completing the setup, all interviews, appointments, and events will be automatically pushed to your Google Calendar, ensuring efficient and real-time coordination.
Here are the steps to set up an Outlook account:
1. Navigate to the "Calendars" section within the "My Profile" section or click below.
2. Click on "Connect" and choose or add the user/email you wish to connect.
3. Click on "Accept" to grant the requested permissions.
4. Once connected, you'll see a confirmation message on the screen stating, "Recruitly is now connected to your Outlook calendar!"
If you wish to change your Outlook calendar to a different account, you can disconnect and repeat the above process.
Now, with our calendar integration, you can even generate Teams Meet links for events directly from Recruitly.
