Important:
Dialpad integration does not work if you do not have Admin privileges at the Company level.
Issue
When you connect to Dialpad you see the following message on the screen:
This is because your company has not added administrators to the Dialpad account.
Resolution
Talk to your Dialpad support team on Live Chat and request them to add you as a company administrator. Once added please visit this link https://dialpad.com/administrators to verify your email appears in the list.
Uninstall Dialpad from here https://secure.recruitly.io/settings/integration and install again.
