Enable the Screen Pop Feature in Dialpad:


If you want to contact candidates and clients via telephone and enable them to reach you while automatically recording all associated information in Recruitly, integrate a calling application like Dialpad.

Once you have a Dialpad account in place, integrating it with Recruitly is important - you need to be able to pull candidate details from Dialpad. Dialpad allows you to use a Screen Pop feature that comes up whenever a candidate calls/ you call


Here's How You can Go About It:


Go into your Dialpad Account and Click on your Profile Icon. Once you click it a dropdown of options will come up. Click on Account settings.



Once you click on Account Settings you will see a Pop Up labelled "Dialpad App Settings".
On the left side of the Pop Up, you will see an option called "Other Settings".

In "Other Settings" you will need to enable the "Screen Pops for CRMs".



Once you enable the Screen Pop feature you can Integrate it with Recruitly.
