Master Data is where you can store and manage all your system data.

Overview of Master Data:

Master Data is where you can store and manage all your system data.
It is divided into 3 sections:

General
CRM/Sales
ATS/Recruiting


Click on the user icon at the top right corner of the screen, then navigate to the "System Configuration" section. From there, go to the "Master Data" tab or click below.


​General Section - This section allows you to store general information with regard to your System. It is divided into several categories.


You can add new fields to all categories. For example, if you would like to add a new job title, you can click on "+ New Job Title" to add it.

You can perform similar actions for all the categories in the General section.


CRM/ Sales Section - This section allows you to store information with regards to the CRM section. It is divided into several categories covering the entire CRM.



You can add several pipelines as per your requirement by clicking on "+ New Pipeline".



You have the option to add new statuses to the pipeline and color-code them.



You can perform similar actions for all the categories in the CRM section from the Master Data.


ATS/Recruiting Section - This section enables you to store information related to the ATS. It is divided into several categories covering the entire ATS.


You can similarly add skills, colour code candidates, Job statuses, pipeline reject reasons, etc. from the ATS section.
