How to Disconnect and Reconnect your Inbox

Learn how to effectively disconnect and reconnect with your inbox in Recruitly.

Disconnecting Your Inbox:

  1. Navigate to the right side of the screen and click on "Mailbox."

  2. Go to the "Settings" tab in the mailbox section.

  3. Locate and click on "Disconnect."

  4. A pop-up will appear, confirming the disconnection of your inbox. Click on "OK" to proceed.​

Reconnecting Your Inbox:

  1. After disconnecting, click on "Connect" in the Mailbox section.

  2. Select the desired E-mail ID for reconnection from logged-in emails as shown on the screen.

  3. Click on "Allow" to grant Recruitly access to your Google account and your mailbox will be successfully reconnected.



Once reconnected, your account will automatically sync with Recruitly. Your inbox will be updated seamlessly, ensuring you have the latest information.
