Disabling or deleting a user in Recruitly is a straightforward process that ensures secure management of user access and data. This guide aims to assist administrators or super users in disabling a user's account, transferring data to existing or new users, and re-enabling disabled accounts when necessary.

Note:

To disable users in Recruitly, it is essential to have Admin or Super User privileges. If you do not possess these privileges, kindly reach out to your system administrator to assign them to you.

Follow the steps below to disable a user and assign to a new user:

  1. Click on your user icon at the top right corner of the screen and navigate to the "System Configuration" section.

  2. Go to the "User Management" section under "System Settings" or click below.

  3. Select the user you wish to disable, click on "Actions," and then select "Disable Account."

  4. A pop-up will appear to confirm the disabling process. Click "OK" to confirm. Then, a window will prompt you to transfer data to existing users. Fill in the required details and click "Proceed" to initiate the transfer.

To Enable Disabled Users:

Disabled users can be found in the inactive users section. To re-enable a user, locate the disabled user and click on "Enable."
