How to Add Candidates to a Job?

Adding candidates to jobs can be done in bulk or individually using various methods.

Adding candidates to a job in Recruitly is a straightforward process that offers flexibility through various methods. You can filter candidates based on your criteria and add them to a job.

Whether you're sourcing candidates from CV Library, Total Jobs, or your Recruitly Database, the process is intuitive and efficient.

Using Bulk actions from the Candidate list view section:

  1. Go to the Recruiting Module and select Candidates from the menu or click below:

  2. The List view will open. If needed, apply filters to refine your selection of records.

  3. After selecting the records, click on the Add to Job option at the top.

  4. A new Add to Job card will open, allowing you to choose the Pipeline Status and sub-status. Next, select the Jobs from the dropdown menu. You can choose multiple Jobs if needed.

  5. Click on “Add to selected Jobs“ to save.

Tip:


Enable the "Show only My Jobs" option if the recruiter/user prefers to view only their assigned jobs.

Using the ATS/Jobs Pipeline:

  1. Navigate to the Recruiting Module and select the Jobs Pipeline option under Power Tools from the menu or by clicking here:

  2. Locate the Add Candidates button on the top right of the page.

  3. The Add to Job card will open, allowing you to select one or multiple candidates. Choose the Pipeline Status and sub-status, followed by selecting the Jobs from the dropdown. Multiple Jobs can also be selected.

Tip:

Selecting "Show all Jobs" will display all available jobs.

Using Jobs card:

  1. Go to the Recruiting Module and choose the Jobs option from the drop-down menu or click here:

  2. Click on the job title, the Job card will open up.

  3. Locate and click the Add Candidates button at the top, and a dropdown menu will open as mentioned below:

  • Parse a CV: CVs can be parsed directly from the job card and the candidate can be added to the job directly. This is applicable if you're even parsing the CV using the parse button.


  • Add Candidates: Candidates can be searched and added to the job.

  • AI Match: Filter and add candidates as per the suggestions made by the AI.

  • Linked In Search: Search candidates on LinkedIn using Boolean operators.


  • Find candidate: Search candidates from the database using Boolean queries.

Using CV Library and Total Jobs:

  1. Go to the Recruiting Module and choose the Jobs option from the drop-down menu or click here:

  2. Click on the job title, the Job card will open up.

  3. Locate and click the Add Candidates button at the top, and select the Find Candidates option from the dropdown menu.


  4. The Find Candidates card will open where you can select from Your Database, CV’Library, Total Jobs

  5. To search for candidates, select the desired Database tab, and the search field will be auto-populated. Edit the field and input additional criteria as per your requirements.

  6. Click on the Search button to view the CV and import it into Recruitly from there.
