When a candidate submits their CV through candidate forms on your website, these entries are captured in the Web Form Submissions section.
Upon approval of the application, the candidate will be visible in the Candidates section.
Steps to Approve Web CV Submissions:
Click on the Recruiting module & under power tools select "Candidate Web CV Uploads" from the menu or use this link:
The list of submitted CVs will be displayed.
Click on the “Approve” button located under the Action Column.
The "Approve CV Submission" card will open, allowing you to fill in fields such as Source, Status, Owner, and Tags based on your requirements.
Click on “Approve,” and the record will now be visible in the Candidates section.
