Streamline Your Workflow: A Guide to Client Portal Overview.

Activation Process - Your client will receive an email upon clicking "Create Account" in their contact card or if the Automatic Portals creation is enabled in System Configuration β†’ Client Portal.

Upon receiving the email, your client needs to click on the provided link and set a password. Once this step is completed, their account will be activated immediately.

​This is an Overview of How the Client Portal is Structured:

  1. Full Sourced: In this section, the client can access and view all candidates in all stages for any jobs.

  2. Partially Sourced: Under this section, the client has access to data of candidates from the CV Sent stage in the Pipeline to the Placed stage for specific jobs.

  3. Upcoming Interviews: The client can view all upcoming interviews scheduled in this section.

    • Clients can click on any job to view the entire Pipeline.

    • All candidates in the Pipeline for the selected job, along with their sub-statuses, are displayed.

    • Clients can interact with different candidates, such as viewing CVs, downloading CVs, rejecting candidates, or scheduling interviews.
