Domain Authentication on Recruitly is a crucial step to ensure that the emails sent from the platform are trusted and delivered effectively. This process involves proving ownership of the sending domain, and it can be completed swiftly with the following steps:

  1. Click on your user icon at the top right corner of the screen, then navigate to the "System Configuration" section or click below.

  2. Within "System Settings," tab navigate to the "Domain Authentication" section.

  3. Click on "+ Authenticate Domain."

  4. Enter your domain and click on "Authenticate."


Once you initiate the authentication process, you will be redirected to the authentication page where you can complete the necessary steps. If you encounter any challenges during this process or require assistance, our support team is ready to help. The goal is to establish domain authentication promptly, ensuring the reliability and successful delivery of your emails through Recruitly.

To add CNAME records for domain verification, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to this link to add CNAME records: Add a CNAME record on GoDaddy

  2. After adding the CNAME records, the page will reflect the changes.

  3. Please allow 24-48 hours for the domain to show as verified.

Note:

If the domain does not show as verified within 24-48 hours, please refresh your page, and it should display as verified.
