Understanding Ownership in Recruitment: Learn how candidate, job, and pipeline ownership functions in the recruitment process.

Updated over a week ago

Tip:

At Recruitly, our global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) pipeline provides comprehensive filtering options, including candidate, job, and pipeline owner.

Let's delve into what each of these entails:

Candidate Owner:

This refers to the individual who owns the candidate record. You'll notice an owner icon next to each candidate, indicating the person responsible for that particular record. The candidate's owner will have visibility of the record on their pipeline.

Job Owner:

This denotes the individual who owns the job to which the candidate is assigned. The owner of the job will have access to the candidate's record on their pipeline.

Pipeline Owner:

This identifies the person who added the record to the pipeline. While the candidate's ownership may differ, the pipeline owner is the individual who initiated the record's addition to the pipeline. Consequently, the pipeline owner will also have visibility of the record on their pipeline view.

Note:

These distinctions ensure clarity and accountability within our ATS pipeline, facilitating efficient candidate management and workflow tracking.
