The Agency CV template lets you add your company brand to the CV and hides some of the candidate's personal information to prevent bias and ensure a fair selection process.


Creating an Agency CV Template

Download Sample Template Agency CV Template.

Note:

Once the sample Agency CV is downloaded, you can keep the required merge tags and add a background image if needed.

Make sure to keep the merge tags as text in the Agency Template.

Merge Tags in the Template above: denoted by { _ }


These tags automatically insert unique user data from the candidate's CV into the Branded first page, so you don't have to enter the fields manually. All the fields within brackets will be filled automatically from the candidate's CV.

Steps to Add a New Template:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right, then select System Configuration.

  2. Click on Agency CV Templates or click below:


  3. Click on 'Agency CV Template’ on the top right of the page,


  4. Fill in the form and

    • Name: Name the template for future reference.

    • Template: Drag and drop a DOCX. file from your desktop. Below is an example.

    • Header Text: This will be the Header Text for the Agency CV.

    • Footer Text: This will be the Footer Text for the Agency CV.


  5. Click on the 'Save' button.
