Recruitly empowers you to archive candidates according to your preferences. All archived candidates are stored separately in the system and are not visible in your regular candidate database.
Here's how you can easily locate archived candidates:
Navigate to the "Recruiting" section and click on "Candidates."
Click on Quick Filters on the top left of the screen.
The drop-down menu will open, Click on System Filters.
Select "Archived Candidates," and all archived records will be displayed.
If you are unable to find a candidate in your database and are certain that you didn't delete it, do check the archived section, as you may have archived it by mistake.
