Growth Dashboard gives you a comprehensive overview of your progress! From revenue figures to the number of interviews scheduled, you can easily locate and track the performance of both yourself and your team!
To Add the Growth Dashboard, you can follow the below steps:
Navigate to the Dashboard tab or click on the Recruitly icon on the top left corner of the screen. or click below.
Click on the "+New Dashboard" button on the right-hand side and select the "Use a Template" option from the drop down menu.
Now the side panel with two options will open, select "Growth." After selecting "Growth," you'll find the "Growth" dashboard tab on the right side of the homepage. Simply click on it to access or navigate to the "Dashboard" section at the top and select "Growth" from the dropdown.

Note:
You can remove and re-order dashboard tiles from the customize dashboard button.
You have the flexibility to choose the desired date ranges and compare data between the current and previous periods, as well as between users or teams for detailed comparison.
Tip:
You can hover over the numbers to view the specific time frame and click on them to access a detailed list of records.
How to Customise Your Growth Dashboard:
Click on the "Customise dashboard" button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen. This will open a form with customisation options, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
Revenue Calculations
You can choose to see the revenue stats based on placement date (the day placement is made) or placement start date (the day the candidate starts working).
Date Comparison
If you prefer not to view the comparison, you can eliminate the comparison between two periods by toggling off the "Date Comparison" feature using the Customize dashboard button.
Track Goals/KPI?
If you enable the track KPI/goals a line graph will appear on the Revenue widget that will reflect the target/KPI set every month against placements. This will help track target vs actual performance on the graph itself.
Interview Statistics
You can choose to include other activity types or pipelines to be tracked in the interviews.
By default we count just the Interview records, however, you can choose to include Pipeline moves and Activity Types too.
Interview Dates
All interviews are based on interview scheduled date, if required it can be changed to the created date.
Jobs On
By default we count all job records, however you can choose job status to include only selected job status in the count.
CV Share Statistics
By default we count just the Spec CV Outreach, however, you can choose to include Pipeline moves and Activity Type too.
Invoice Not Sent
By default, we consider placements without an invoice on the record. Customise this option as required.
No invoice on Placement: This shows the placements which have no invoices attached to them.
The invoice with the following statuses: This shows placements with the selected invoice statuses.
Invoiced
By default, we exclude invoices with the status code Void, Draft, and Deleted
Invoice with following statuses: This shows placements with the selected invoice statuses from the drop-down.
Tip:
You can rearrange tiles by dragging and dropping, and remove them by unchecking the boxes.

Revenue:
Displaying the total revenue from placements, this widget includes lines indicating team targets. Monthly tracking is available, allowing you to view values for both the current and previous periods.
Interviews:
This widget showcases all scheduled interviews in the current and previous periods, with lines reflecting monthly targets/KPIs. Customization options can be accessed from the top right corner.
Placements:
Highlighting all placements made in the current and previous periods, this widget features lines representing monthly targets/KPIs. Click the "Pending" button to view records, and customization can be done from the top right.
Top Billers:
An invaluable tool for tracking and analyzing team billing, this widget compares the current period to the previous one. It provides insights into team performance and individual contributions to overall billing. Facilitates year-on-year comparisons.
Leader Board:
This widget tracks and analyzes individual team members' performance in terms of productivity and efficiency. It showcases placements made, billings, and time taken to fill positions. Pipeline stats and time ratios offer insights for improvement.
Custom Field Stats:
This section provides a visual representation of the performance metrics associated with custom fields. It enables users to gain insights and track the effectiveness of these fields in real-time.
Invoices not Sent:
A tool for tracking placed records without an invoice. Default status is "Invoice Not Sent," but customization options are available.
Outstanding Invoices:
Displays invoices that have been sent but not actioned/paid. Editing options are accessible by clicking on the "Pending" button.
CV Shares:
Shows the total number of shared CVs. By comparing current and previous periods, trends in CV shares over time become apparent.
Top Clients:
This widget tracks revenue generated by different client companies. Periodic comparisons reveal changes in revenue from specific clients.
Revenue By Job Type:
Helps understand revenue generated by different job types, including permanent, temporary, contract, and part-time jobs.
Revenue By Industry:
Tracks revenue generated by different industries. Periodic comparisons highlight industries contributing the most revenue and identify trends.
Revenue By Sector:
Tracks revenue generated by different sectors. Periodic comparisons reveal sectors contributing the most revenue and any evolving trends.
Revenue By Experience:
Provides insights into revenue generated by different experience levels. Tracks revenue from jobs at various experience levels, offering a sense of lucrative business opportunities. For example, revenue generated for an entry-level job.
